Justin Curry
Senior Pastor
Justin and his wife, Candace, both grew up in Randolph County. After marrying in 2007, he attended Southeastern Seminary, earning his MDiv in Advanced Biblical Studies. After graduation, they moved to Concord, NC, where Justin served as Minister to Families for eight years before God called him back to Randolph County to serve at Cross Road.
In his downtime, Justin enjoys time on the disc golf course and staying involved in his daughters’ many activities. He, Candace, and their two daughters, Alaythia and Amelia, are excited to continue serving at Cross Road and to see all that God has in store for them and the church!

Roger Brittingham
Outreach/Discipleship Pastor
In December 2024, Roger stepped into the role of Pastor of Outreach and Discipleship, driven by a deep passion for equipping God’s people to serve and fully live out their spiritual gifts. He loves teaching the Word of God and finds great joy in seeing believers engage in meaningful Christian service—both in the church and throughout their communities.
Roger and his wife, Julie, began their journey at Cross Road Baptist Church in 2000 with their daughter, Allison. Their family grew two years later with the arrival of their second daughter, Rachel. After faithfully serving the church for eight years, Roger felt God’s undeniable call to ministry. Since 2008, he has pastored two churches and expanded his reach through motorsports ministry.
Outside of ministry, Roger enjoys life’s simple pleasures—traveling, hiking, pet-sitting, and sharing his love for food through two active blogs on social media. He also finds great joy in watching Julie and their daughters serve others through their own unique gifts. Roger’s life reflects the power of faith, family, and wholehearted service to God and His people.

Andrew Wells
Next Gen Pastor
Andrew became our Next Gen Pastor in September 2024. His passion is to reach young people with the Gospel, help them grow in their relationship with Jesus, and walk alongside them as they live out His love to those who are lost.
Andrew has twelve years of ministry experience shared with his wife, Jessye, since they both graduated from Clearwater Christian College. Throughout his ministry journey, he continued his education at Piedmont International University, earning a Master in Church Ministry, and later at Liberty University, where he completed his MDiv in Pastoral Counseling.
In his downtime, Andrew enjoys hunting and making knives. He, Jessye, and their two sons, James and Hudson, are grateful and excited to be part of the Cross Road church family!

Danielle Kelly
Worship Director
Danielle has served as our Worship Director since October 2023, after stepping in as interim beginning in August 2022. She grew up in a loving pastor’s home in Seagrove, NC, where she watched her parents faithfully serve the local church and community for over 40 years—an example that deeply shaped her own passion for ministry.
Danielle loves leading worship on Sundays, at revivals, conferences, and in children’s ministry. She studied worship and church ministry at Liberty University. She and her husband, Matthew, have been married for nearly 22 years and have three children: Josiah, Joselyn, and Justus.
Danielle and Matthew began leading worship together when they were just 20 and 17, serving at youth events and revivals. Their shared calling to lead others in worship has remained a lifelong passion.
